2. Distilled water
3. Gauze
4. Scissors ( sanitized)
5. Clean Bowl ( do not use metal)
6. Clean Spoon ( do not use metal)
HOW TO USE:
1. Use 1/2 Teaspoon to 1 Teaspoon of clay
2. Use equal part distilled water or more until play-dough consistency if formed
3. Make a small ball
4. Wrap in gauze and twist.( Gauze should be long enough to pull out like a tampon)
5. Place clay wrapped in gauze inside of vagina just at the opening ( so it wont fall
out)
6.Leave in overnight (any extra clay can be put on the outside of the vagina like a mask)
7. Take out in the morning , put it in the trash. Do not re use.
8. Rinse inside and outside of vagina with warm distilled water ( use cup)
9. Pat Dry
10. Can follow up with coconut oil to moisturize.

FOLLOW THE SAME STEPS EXCEPT PLACE CLAY ON
FACE- 10 MINUTES THEN RINSE WITH WARM WATER

PENIS/ SCROTUM 10 MINUTES SOAK AND RINSE OFF
